Who We Are

Sunshine Paddle Tours is a Florida-based kayak adventure company offering small-group, professionally guided tours in some of the state’s most iconic locations, including Silver Springs State Park, Winter Park, and Cape Canaveral.


We believe that nature is best experienced slowly, respectfully, and with purpose. Our tours are designed for individuals, families, couples, and first-time paddlers who want more than just time on the water — they want a meaningful connection with Florida’s natural environment.


Environmental responsibility is at the core of everything we do. We actively educate our guests about conservation, respectful wildlife viewing, and the importance of protecting these fragile ecosystems, so they can be enjoyed for generations to come. That’s why we are committed to giving back — dedicating a portion of our tour proceeds to supporting Florida’s wildlife and protecting its fragile ecosystems.

Bali Kovary is the owner and lead guide of Sunshine Paddle Tours and the founder of Las Vegas  SUP Kayak Club, where he has been successfully operating guided kayak and paddleboard tours  since 2012. Over the years, he has entertained thousands of guests, earning a strong reputation  for safe, educational, genuinely fun, and professionally guided tours. 


After previously living in Florida, Bali recently relocated back by choice, bringing over a decade  of U.S.-based guiding and business experience with him. With more than 30 years of paddling  experience, including 7 U.S. National Championship titles, he combines professional expertise  with a relaxed, guest-focused approach. 


As a certified guide with Wilderness First Aid and CPR training, Bali places a strong emphasis  on safety, environmental responsibility, and respectful wildlife interaction — ensuring that every Sunshine Paddle Tours experience is both meaningful and memorable.
